Beef Kofta


Beef kofta means meatballs. In this recipe, I will show you how to make a delicious beef kofta in juicy curry.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Number of Serving: 4 serving

Ingredients:
  • Beef              : 1kg (keema)
  • Salt               : to taste
  • Black Pepper :1/2 tsp
For the gravy:
  • Onion         :1/2 cup
  • Garlic past:1/2tbsp
  • Ginger past:1/2tbsp
  • Oion past    :1/2tbsp
  • Chill past    :1/2tbsp
  • Yogurt         :1/2cup
  • Cumin power:1/2tsp
  • Garam masala:1/2tsp
  • Oil                   :1cup
  • Green chill     :5-7
  • Salt                 :1/2tsp
  • Ghee             : 1 tsp
  • Coriander for garnish

Directions:

First mix the beef, salt and black pepper in a bowl and make small balls.

Take a small pan and take a little water and boil the balls in the pan for 5 minutes covered.

Then take another pan and heat the pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and mix the sliced onion until it becomes light brown.

Then mix all the ingredients for the gravy and cook for 5-6 minutes. When the oil is above, mix the balls and cook for 10-12 minutes. When the balls are cooked, give ghee and cook for 1 minute.

Serve hot. It will be good for 4 people.
